This download contains the Mindbalancing meditation programme. The two relaxation exercises contain pranayama (breathing) techniques to relax and balance your energy system. The long Mindbalancing meditation is split into four tracks which can all be practiced separately. Here you are systematically guided on a journey from the outer mind of the senses to the inner mind of the soul. The meditation uses implicitly the concepts of the energy centres (Chakras) and the five elements (Panchamahabutas). It can be used as a programme in itself or be combined with the Mindfulness practices from the Mindfulness CD. Relaxation, Pranayama and the work with energy centres and the five elements are used to balance the mind–body–energy system.
