Mindfulness Meditations CD
This CD contains a selection of Mindfulness practices, similar to the ones that are taught in the MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) programmes – the Body Scan, the Mindfulness Sitting Meditation and the Breathing Space. It also contains tracks of silence and a track with the sound of three bells. The Mindfulness Sitting Meditation on the CD is divided into three tracks, which enables you to have shorter or longer meditations. Using playlists, you can insert periods of silence into the practices, and you can make up your own periods of silent meditation with the sound of bells at the beginning and end.

Mindbalancing Relaxation and Meditation CD
This CD contains the Mindbalancing meditation programme. The two relaxation exercises contain pranayama (breathing) techniques to relax and balance your energy system. The long Mindbalancing meditation is split into four tracks which can all be practiced separately. Here you are systematically guided on a journey from the outer mind of the senses to the inner mind of the soul. The meditation uses implicitly the concepts of the energy centres (Chakras) and the five elements (Panchamahabutas). It can be used as a programme in itself or be combined with the Mindfulness practices from the Mindfulness CD. Relaxation, Pranayama and the work with energy centres and the five elements are used to balance the mind–body–energy system.
